The Prophet Like unto Moses but Far More Than Him

The Tremendous Difference Between Moses and Jesus

Muslims often say Jesus was just a servant of God like Moses. This is said often and therefore it must be a very typical doctrine taught to many Muslims. Yet what is not taught to Muslims is the tremendous difference between Moses and Jesus:

Moses was not born of a virgin as Jesus was born of a virgin (no other prophets were born of a virgin either)

Moses never forgave a man's sins:

Mark 2:5 When Jesus saw their faith, he said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, thy sins be forgiven thee.
6 But there were certain of the scribes sitting there, and reasoning in their hearts,
7 Why doth this man thus speak blasphemies? who can forgive sins but God only?

Moses never walked on water and commanded another man (Peter) to also walk on water Moses was never the Creator of the world as the Bible says Jesus was (Colossians 1:14-18)Moses was not appointed the Judge of mankind as the Bible says Jesus is (John 5:24-28)Moses never knew what people were thinking like Jesus did (Luke 7:39,40)

Moses is not said to be the Word of God that was with God in the beginning and was God (John1:1,14)

Moses never received worship from other men as Jesus did:

John 20:28 And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.
29 Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed:blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.

Moses never healed the blind, deaf, and dumb, nor raised the dead as Jesus did these mighty deeds.

Moses never said He was the resurrection and the Life:
John 11:25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth

in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:

Moses never said he himself was 'the truth' (John 14:6).

And Moses never claimed to live before Abraham and to be the great "I AM" of the burningbush:

John 8:56 Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and was glad.57 Then said the Jews unto him, Thou art not yet fifty years old, and hast thou seen Abraham?
58 Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.

This is just a small sample of things your religion has not taught you about the difference between Moses and Jesus. Moses was a man God chose to be a prophet. Jesus was the God thatchose Moses to be that prophet. That's the tremendous difference between the two.
