Apparently It Is Possible For a Bible Conferences to be Held in Pakistan

A response regarding the issue of so many churches in Pakistan inviting foreigners (myself included) to preach at their churches: Unfortunately with many of them asking men in the U.S. to preach in their churches it seems to be related to things other than wanting to hear the true gospel. I often refer them to our Zoom links where they can join in and listen and ask Bible questions – but they seem to have little interest in that. It may be they are looking at some kind of prestige over the idea of having a foreigner visit them. Or, maybe they are looking for financial support from the visiting foreigner and others who support him. One interesting thing that came from this is that after receiving so many offers to come preach at various churches in Pakistan – it dawned on me that this must be possible for Christians to hold large Bible meetings. So, since EBF does have a connection with a group in Pakistan – that formerly worked for FR translating Mr. Camping's teachings and has been translating ours now for a few years – we are asking them if they might be interested in EBF holding a Bible conference in person at their location in Pakistan. So far, the response has been positive as far as it being possible is concerned. Lord willing, this may be one way we can reach God's elect in that country.
