Limiting number of times a caller may call to EBF's Open Forum

For your information: starting this Sunday we are asking people who call in to EBF's Open Forum to call:

Once a week during weekdays.

Once a month on Sundays.

So, the person who calls this Sunday would wait for one month before calling again. And the person who calls next Monday would wait until the following week to call again.
