"As for the 4,005 years, this period is calculated from Jacob’s birth in 2007 BC to 1999 AD (or slightly later, depending on the months of the Hebrew calendar), when we began cleansing our temples by turning away from false doctrine."
Over these years since May 21, 2011, EBF has continued to study Mr. Camping's books. We've had panel discussions where panelists went through discussing (dissecting/correcting at times) His writings. The men who teach at EBF and the listeners of EBF are very familiar with his writings and the time paths as a result. In other words, the time line of history and the various time paths are fresh in our minds.
And so I can confidently say that none the time paths span 2 years – because the Hebrew year extends into 2 Gregorian calendar years. God's spiritual fulfillment of key Biblical events such as Passover, Pentecost, Tabernacles, etc., all take place within the same year. This is because these events occur within the first 7 months of the Hebrew calendar. The rare exception would be Purim in the book of Esther. Otherwise, again and again the Hebrew calendar dates (in months 1 thru 7) take place in the same Gregorian year. As we know that March/April is the time for Passover (Hebrew 1st month) and September/October the time for Tabernacles (the Hebrew 7th month).
A time path takes us to one year. And if a number of significant time paths also point to the same year – than we begin to take notice.
It’s not hard at all to get a couple or a few time paths to point to basically any year. But it’s when the preponderance of Biblical evidence directs us to a year (such as 1994) that we begin to see the pattern.
There is way more evidence for 1994 than for 1999/2000. For example:
7 BC (a Jubilee year) to 1994 (a Jubilee year) is exactly 2,000 years.
1007 BC (a Jubilee year/David became king) to 1994 is exactly 3,000 years.
2007 BC to 1994 is exactly 4,000 years.
As you may have once known, but I suspect have forgotten – in Mr. Camping's book titled "1994?" he laid out a whole series of time paths that pointed to 1994.
And you expect God's people to reject that strong case for 1994 being a special year (Jubilee year) in favor of some odd and uneven reference to 1999/2000?
Furthermore, where in the world did you come up with the idea that the Jubilee year of 1994 was a time when a grievous famine of 2,300 evening mornings started?
Surely, since you spent time in Mr. Camping's Bible studies at his house, you heard and learned that the Jubilee year is the time wherein God has selected to set the captives free. It is a time of deliverance. A time to send forth latter rain in order to save a great multitude out of the Great Tribulation period.
And yet, here you are turning things around and trying to say that it’s actually the start of the most horrible time period imaginable wherein virtually no one was saved.
Have you forgotten the blowing of the rams’ horns (the Jubilees) in Joshua chapter 6? After 13 times around Jericho they blow the rams’ horns (the Jubilees) and the wall (church's wall) comes tumbling down – while deliverance is brought to Rahab and her family inside the harlot's house (Babylon the harlot) which was protected by the scarlet thread.
Darrell, I think you are severely missing interaction with actual elect people. Your doctrine has isolated you and you've lost sight of much truth.
I would seriously suggest you put away these things and return to the things the Lord graciously opened up to the understanding of His people in the days leading up to May 21, 2011. And additional things He has continued to open up to His people in these years since that time.
