Quick Way of Checking the Perfect Accuracy of Biblical Calendar

There is one date wherein there is almost unanimous agreement – and that is the date for Solomon's death. I just Googled "when did Solomon die" and the top response was Wikipedia that said 931 BC. Some others may say 930 BC. But the Wikipedia date of 931 BC (they say “BCE”) is the correct one.

So, using a date that is agreed upon by secular & Biblical archeologists, we find the following:

931 BC Solomon died. The Bible tells us Solomon reigned for 40 years. Which means he began to reign in 971 BC. And his 4th year would have been 967 BC (always count down on O.T. side of cross). Therefore:

1 Kings 6:1 And it came to pass in the four hundred and eightieth year after the children of Israel were come out of the land of Egypt, in the fourth year of Solomon's reign over Israel, in the month Zif, which is the second month, that he began to build the house of the LORD.

In the above verse God tells us that in Solomon's 4th year he began to build the temple of the LORD. And that his 4th year was 480 years after Israel came out of Egypt. Therefore,

967 BC (4th year of Solomon) + 480 = 1447 BC as the date of the Exodus (Israel left Egypt).

Further, we know how long Israel was in Egypt – to the selfsame day:

Exodus 12:40 Now the sojourning of the children of Israel, who dwelt in Egypt, was four hundred and thirty years.

41 And it came to pass at the end of the four hundred and thirty years, even the selfsame day it came to pass, that all the hosts of the LORD went out from the land of Egypt.

Which means: 1447 (came out of Egypt) + 430 years = 1877 BC Israel entered into Egypt.

Moreover, we know Jacob's (Israel's) age upon entering Egypt in the year 1877 BC:

Genesis 47:8 And Pharaoh said unto Jacob, How old art thou?

9 And Jacob said unto Pharaoh, The days of the years of my pilgrimage are an hundred and thirty years:

This information gives us Jacob's birth year: 1877 BC + 130 = 2007 BC.

And, the Bible tells us that Isaac was 60 years old (Genesis 25:26) when Jacob & Esau were born, so Isaac was born in 2067 BC.

Also, we know that Abraham was 100 years old when Isaac was born – therefore Abraham was born in 2167 BC. And so on.

All of these dates come right out of the Bible (they are Biblical) and they line up perfectly with the Biblical calendar of history. That is, if we started in the other direction with Adam and come down through the history of the world – we would find the identical dates for Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Jacob's entry into Egypt, the Exodus, and the laying of the foundation of the temple in Solomon's 4th year.

How is that possible if the calendar is way off course? Can Ussher's calendar make this claim? Absolutely not.

Ussher's calendar only gives about 4,000 years for O.T. history, which means there's only about 1,900 years (less than that) of time available prior to Abraham for Adam, the fall, descendants up until Noah, the flood destruction, repopulating the earth, having the earth divided in the days of Peleg, and then having several more generations until you come to Abraham. No way! Ussher's calendar for O.T. history is not possible.
