The Gospel of Feeding Sheep in Judgment Day Has Been Designed By God to Offend Those Who Are Not Truly Saved

Comment made in EBF's Sunday Open Forum group:

"I chose the last book of Revelation because it talks about keeping the commandments, grace and the thirsty soul. I bring this up again not because we are saved by keeping the commandments, it is grace; however the Jesus gives us the two great commandments and on these two all the law and prophets hang ie THE BIBLE. You are to love the Lord your God with all your heart and mind and Love your neighbor as yourself. It's a fine fiddle you play with the net and the fish but it's the wrong tune. Play grace for that is all in all. In Psalms 37 it says, 3 Trust in the Lord, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed. 8 The Lord knoweth the days of the upright: and their inheritance shall be for ever.

19 They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied."

EBF reply:

The test for love for our day is as Christ told Peter, "feed My sheep". In order to do this, we must understand where we are in time and in history. You have put blinders over your own eyes and thereby have deluded yourself into thinking that this time is as times past and so you declare the gospel of mercy and grace to sinners and encourage them to go to God to become saved. Yet it is nothing but lies. It is the same lie of the Jew who says come to my synagogue to find salvation. It is the same lie as the churchman that says come to my church to find salvation. It is the lie of all those who reject God when He makes change to His program. He is sovereign Lord. He issues forth the decree regarding whom He will save. And all the fighting against that decree that multitudes of "Christians" do has never changed the fact that God always did the choosing and determining of who to save and who not to save (John 1:13, John 15:16, Romans 9:15,16).

Likewise God is sovereign regarding WHEN He chose to save those certain ones He calls the elect. Sovereign in selecting them. And sovereign in the timing for saving them. And "Christians" fight against God concerning the question of when He saved as they do over the question of whom He saved. It’s the same prideful rebellion.

God, of course, looks upon the heart of those who profess to be His people. And as He does so He sees any and all who still possess stony hearts of unbelief. Yet, for whatever reason, these people believe and espouse certain doctrinal truths.

This time period (since 1994) is a time of severe testing. God is not interested in having professed Christians claim to be His people. He is severely trying all to burn away the dross. To have the professed Christian go on a backwards way to Egypt (church or world doesn't matter all the same at this point) in order to show their true spiritual condition.

After May 21, 2011, the testing grounds intensified greatly. The Bible's doctrine of the shut door of heaven has often accomplished the purpose the Lord sent it forth to accomplish – which was to offend the natural minded people who called themselves true believers. Numbers of FR listeners have gone backward because of it. Some EBF listeners as well.

The Gospel of feeding sheep in Judgment Day has been designed by God to offend those not truly saved. It is a Gospel designed by God to be totally unacceptable to many.

What about the few, the elect – do we love it? We are grieved by it. For it impacts our loved ones. As God Himself, the elect take no pleasure in the death of the wicked. No, we do not love the fact that the door is shut. But we do love the truth no matter how grievous the truth may be at times. We cannot do anything but love it and desire to keep it.

This is why Jesus asked Peter 3 times, "Lovest thou Me?". The gospel for Judgment Day of feeding sheep means we bow the knee humbled before the mighty hand (will) of God that has completed the salvation of the souls of all elect. And yet, we are commanded to go forth in sharing the Bible's truth regarding the revelation of God's righteous judgment with all the world as before.

Those who do not have answered Jesus' question in the negative, "No I will not feed Thy sheep for I do not love Thee". This is failing the big test. As showing love to Christ means to keep His commandments. And we are only able to keep His commandments or to love Him because He first loved us. Therefore, if we fail to feed the sheep, we fail to love Him, which betrays the truth that He never first loved us. In other words, we were never saved. We're a Christian in name only like so many others.
