Another Date that Ties in with 2029 AD

Acts 7:11

(Note: it should be pointed out that I do not think at all that the world will end in 2029. But, since we are following the pattern of Christ's first coming so closely-and 29 AD was a very big year during Christ's first coming-it may be that the year 2029 may have some special significance in this time of His second coming (special significance perhaps related to the drawing of the great multitude of the elect).

In 1877 BC Jacob and the family of Israel entered into Egypt, two years after the famine had began in 1879 BC. The Lord revealed to Joseph that the famine would last for 7 years. 5 years from 1877 BC was the year 1872 BC. 1872 was the year the famine concluded.

Since the 7 year famine was a picture of the whole great tribulation period (see Acts 7:11) the end of the famine would picture the end of the great tribulation-which we know happened on the date of May 21, 2011.

The end of the famine in 1872 BC therefore identifies with the end of the great tribulation on May 21, 2011. And we also know that that is the date when Judgment Day began.

So, if we go 1872 BC to the year 2029 AD – (a year within the time frame of the world's final judgment period) – we find:

1872 + 2029 = 3,901 calendar years. We -1 because there's no year zero and:

1872 + 2029 = 3,900 -1 = 3,900 years.

3,900 years breaks down to: 3 x 13 x 10 x 10

It is God's purpose (#3) at the end of the great tribulation period to complete (#10) judgment on the world and bring about its end (#13).

In the year 971 BC, Solomon began to reign with his father David in a coregency until David's death in 967 BC. A period of 4 years, or perhaps 3 1/2 years.

From 971 BC until 29 AD = 1,000 calendar years.

There are 4 calendar years from 29 AD until 33 AD. We know that Jesus' ministry spanned this period of time and was actually 3 1/2 years in duration.

From 971 BC until 2029 AD = 3,000 calendar years.

There will be 4 calendar years still to go until the year 2033 AD, which, according to much Biblical evidence will be the end of the world.
