Does the World Deserve to be Judged by God?
One question people opposed to the idea of it presently being Judgment Day never seem to ask is: does the world deserve to be judged and condemned by God?
In fact, given the unparalleled multiplication of gross sins across the face of the earth, is it not fitting that God did indeed carry out the thing He had His servants proclaim concerning Judgment Day beginning on May 21, 2011?
No one argues it is not deserved. That it is not befitting the enormous abounding iniquity sinners commit in thought, word, and deed against God on a daily basis.
In other words, what no one can argue against is the unmistakable truth that the world is ripe for experiencing the wrath of God.
Joel 3:12 Let the heathen be wakened, and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat: for there will I sit to judge all the heathen round about.
13 Put ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe: come, get you down; for the press is full, the fats overflow; for their wickedness is great.
The coming of Christ and the day of His wrath is no longer a concern for tomorrow. Or next week. Or next year.
Not at all. The coming of Christ already has taken place. You and I and all people in the world are currently living on the earth in the time of the wrath of God that the Bible has always warned about.
And once again, no one can argue it is undeserved. It most certainly has come at a time when the wickedness in the earth is great.
