How Could a Deaf & Blind Church Know False from True Prophecy Regarding May 21, 2011?

Chris McCann
Ecclesiastes 8:5

The false prophet/s (the churches/professed Christians but not true Christians) say that declaring May 21, 2011 was Judgment Day was/is false prophesy.

How would they know? In order to properly discern something is false prophesy, one first needs to know what true prophesy is.

How can a church that worships saints and Mary know what true prophesying is?

How can a church that speaks in tongues by the scores of millions know what constitutes true prophesy?

How can a church that has deceived itself and countless hundreds of millions into doing a work of faith by accepting Christ know what true prophesy is?

How can a church that falls over backwards and thinks it’s a good thing (slain in the Spirit) distinguish true prophesy from false prophesy?

We could go on, but the above represents a good 1 to 1.5 billion "Christians" that populate modern churches and clearly makes the point that there are multitudes of verifiable (verified by the Scriptures themselves) false prophets who banded together to pronounce a judgment of false prophesy against the saints (God's elect).

The fact is that natural minded Christians (and anyone that's not saved is a natural minded person) is not equipped nor able to discern only that which a wise man's heart may discern:

Ecclesiastes 8:5 ... a wise man's heart discerneth both time and judgment.

The carnal Christian is ignorant of matters having to do with time and judgment. And of course, the declaration that May 21, 2011 was indeed Judgment Day is entirely a declaration having to do with both time and judgment.

The wise (God's elect) will understand these things. The wicked (those not God's elect) will not.

Therefore, the certainty of the false prophet (apostate Christian church and natural minded Christians though they be outside the churches) that nothing happened on the date of May 21, 2011 is spiritually insignificant. It’s a confidence held by the deaf and sightless (that is, those without ears to hear or eyes to see).
