Jehovah's Witnesses Fail to Witness for Jehovah
In response to a question if believed Jesus was God in the flesh a man responded in E Bible Fellowship's group:
"Jehovah has not 'become man.' Yet another God-dishonoring myth, with its roots deeper than Greek philosophy. HC may have left the churches, but he brought with him a significant amount of the same dried husks of tradition that has passed for Biblical 'truth' for untold generations. A good part of the churches never left him. It seems that by assuming the mantle of HC's ministry, you have become the very public expositor of his doctrinal views."
EBF response:
You do not believe Jesus is God (Jehovah). Therefore you deny rather than confess Christ has come in the flesh. And He will deny you before the Father.
And since Christ is Truth which you deny, it is not surprising that you also deny the Word which is truth as well (John 17:17). As the Word of God is abundantly clear that Jesus Christ is God in the flesh:
John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
And,
John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, ...
Also:
1 Timothy 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, ...
Despite being unable to see the truth of the Person of Christ, which is the very foundation of all other Biblical truth, you comment as though you possess much Biblical understanding and encourage others to come to you for exposition ("If anyone would like me to expand on the idea, just ask.")
There can be no genuine understanding of the Bible if you are unable to grasp and confess the truth that Jesus (whose name means Jehovah Saviour) is indeed Jehovah God in the flesh, the only Saviour:
Isaiah 43:11 I, even I, am the LORD (Jehovah); and beside me there is no saviour.
And,
Luke 2:11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.
Sadly, Jehovah Witnesses miserably fail in the thing they claim to do (witness to Jehovah) by their denial of Jesus (Jehovah Saviour) as Jehovah in the flesh.
