Why are you looking for a date Jonah, Noah?

Jonah 3:3 So Jonah arose, and went unto Nineveh, according to the word of the LORD. Now Nineveh was an exceeding great city of three days' journey.

4 And Jonah began to enter into the city a day's journey, and he cried, and said, Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown.

Why are you looking for a date Jonah? You shouldn't fear monger you know.

Ah, Jonah didn't go looking for a date – God revealed it to him and commanded him to preach it.

Why are you looking for a date Noah?

Genesis 7:4 For yet seven days, and I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights; and every living substance that I have made will I destroy from off the face of the earth.
