Judgment Begins at the House of God-and the House of God is the Church

1 Timothy 3:15 But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church

The “house of God, which is the church”. Keep this statement in mind when reading 1 Peter 4:17’s declaration, “judgment begins at the house of God”. At the house of God means judgment begins with the church. God’s end time judgment plan initiated with the churches and congregations of the world. Then, on the appointed day, transitioned and expanded to all the nations of the earth.
