Losing Sight of the Law of God

Chris McCann
Romans 2:12-15

When God's judgment is upon an entity – it will begin to lose sight of the law.

For instance, God's judgment upon the world's churches lead to the churches losing sight of the law (the Bible) in their possession – which resulted in a darkness of going away from truth on point after point of law (Scripture).

Likewise, once God's judgment began on the world (May 21, 2011), the people of the world began to lose sight of the law of God they had been entrusted with – no not the Bible – but the law written upon their hearts (Romans 2:12-15). Losing sight of this law results in men being unable to distinguish between basic matters of right and wrong and good and evil. The loss comes as the Holy Spirit lifts His hand of restraint off the hearts of man where it had been operating to impress the laws of God's basic moral code upon them. Once lifted, a thick darkness comes over man's understanding leading to horrible blindness or ignorance of right things. In this condition man can even lose sight of what is a man and what is a woman and how they are to come together in the marriage relationship.

Some may not "believe" in spiritual judgment. Yet they cannot avoid experiencing its outworking that is happening all around them everywhere they go today.
