13 Times Around Jericho and Then Destruction! Are You Aware that 1988 was the 13,000th Year of Earth's History?

Joshua 6:3 And ye shall compass the city, all ye men of war, and go round about the city once. Thus shalt thou do six days.

4 And seven priests shall bear before the ark seven trumpets of rams' horns: and the seventh day ye shall compass the city seven times, and the priests shall blow with the trumpets.

God commanded the Israelites to go around the city Jericho once a day for 6 days. And then 7 times on the 7th day. Following the 7th time around on the 7th day, the city was destroyed.

Question: how many total times did the Israelites go around the city Jericho before it was destroyed?

Answer: 13 times.

Once a day for 6 days = 6

And 7 times on the 7th day = 7

So, 6 + 7 = 13 times around Jericho and then it was destroyed.

Are you aware that the year 1988 was the 13,000 year of earth's history?

And are you aware that the Bible breaks up the history of the earth into two epochs of time? The first earth (see 2 Peter 3:4-6) was from creation to the flood. The flood occurred exactly 6,023 years from creation.

The second earth goes from the flood (4990 BC) to - ? Well, the year 2033 is exactly 7,023 calendar years from the flood date. See the tie in with how many times God commanded the Israelites to march around Jericho?

First, once a day for 6 days = 6. This identifies with the first earth time span of 6,023 years.

Then, 7 times around on the 7th day = 7. This identifies with the time span from the flood to the end of the world – 7,023 (calendar) years.
